What you get
Your cabinet federates into play.johnreevesiii.com. Anyone in the lobby can hop into an open seat at your cabinet, sign in with their usual account, and load a horse from the same Stable Manager. Your races sit alongside the house cabinets with a host badge.

What we handle
Accounts, stables, cooldowns and the leaderboard all run through our hosted connector. Your box never holds our database key — it talks to us with a per-cabinet token plus each player's own sign-in, so it can only ever touch the data of players actually seated at your cabinet.

What you bring
Just a capable Windows machine (single-thread CPU is the wall; aim for 45–60 fps). The cabinet pack includes Flycast and the game files (you'll confirm you own the game), and the launcher sets up its own tunnel and relay, so there's no port-forwarding or public HTTPS endpoint to configure.

- Grab the cabinet pack from the Winner's Circle section and run it; it reports in automatically.
